Summary of CAM duties

Summary of CAM Duties

A Community Association Manager (CAM) is an individual who possesses a license issued by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation, enabling them to provide community association management services for various community associations. These associations encompass mandatory residential homeowners' associations, condominiums, and cooperatives. The CAM is tasked with executing the governing documents, with the primary objective of promoting the welfare of the residents within the community. Additionally, the CAM plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the association, assisting with budgetary matters, and maintaining the common areas. In summary, the manager has two principal responsibilities: to implement the policies established by the board and to manage the daily operations of the association in accordance with the directives of the Board.
